Day 5 of #the14daysofmakeup

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not sure why, but it seems like you guys are really like seeing what I’m wearing everyday. I feel like it’s insanely boring, and yet, they are quickly becoming my most popular videos/posts and instagram photos! So why stop a good thing? Let the day 5 recap commence!

I went back to a few products you’ve seen before – Armani CC (#1), Chanel Les Beiges (#20 all over, #40 as bronzer) & glo minerals oil free concealer. I also found a few new things to play with. My Josie Maran Coconut watercolor eyeshadows are quickly becoming… a favorite. Is holy grail a thing? Who came up with that? Sounds ridiculous. End rant. Just know I’m really loving the feel, texture, longevity, colors & blendability. I blended both colors with my fingers. I also added the Estee Lauder BB eye brightener. This thing is BRIGHT. But I needed it BAD today. So on it went!

There were 2 surprising standout products. First was the Hourglass Ambient blush in Radiant Magenta. I am trying to try products in my collection to see if they are keepers. This one is quite gorgeous! Seems like a shocker, but it gave me a healthy flush that lasted all day. It blended nicely and looked good on. Yes please! Next was the Bite Beauty Fig lipstick. This color is so simple that I feel like I often overlook it. Danielle suggested it and I really love it. It’s so simple and pretty I feel like it’s an everyday lipstick I often forget to wear everyday.

The products on. I tried to show my eyes a little better. That’s only 3 products – Rio de Rose Gold, Bora Bora Bronze & Trish McEvoy liner. In real life, this looks really complicated and complex and it’s 2 shadows I blended with my fingers. I’m a super guru. Oh snap!
