June Favorites

June has come… and gone (can you believe it?) so it’s time for monthly favorites. I feel like this month was really good as far as just really discovering and using some amazing products. I had a lot of hauls in May and I think that translated to some really amazing things in June!

Chantecaille Guava Gloss: Smooth, just enough stick and an everyday staple.

Glo Minerals Oil Free Concealer (Beige): A serious love affair with this stuff! Covers everything from under eyes to blemishes. Pigmented and long lasting.

Armani Singles: #9 has to be my favorite “everyday” color, but the other 2 I have are great too. Lots of pigment, but not too pigmented. Easy to blend and adds a lot of depth.

Josie Maran Playa Del Pink: Such a pretty base that feels good on the lids. Not heavy and adds a nice summer sheen. I love this all over with the Armani #9 in the crease.

Perricone MD No Foundation Foundation (Original): I don’t think I can adequately verbalize how amazing this foundation is, so I’ll just say: damn that’s some good stuff.

Bobbi Brown Smokey Mascara: This came in a kit. While this seems easily forgettable, I’ve been reaching for it a ton. I saw this at my CCO so I’ll have to stock up next time I’m there.

I know, I’m such a bitch for mentioning a limited edition item. This is really the first palette over 4 shadows that I’ve been in love with. That yellow color is legit perfection. The whole palette works nicely together to create a uniquely subtle eye. I did mention it because I have seen it in stores like Nordstrom so I’d try calling and see if they can do a locator on it.

I love Elizabeth Dhen. She’s gorgeous, runs an amazing blog and creates some great products for OLO. These 2 are long-time staples for me. The Vitamin B Cleanser is something no one should be without. Light, gentle and effective – you need this in your life. The Vitamin D Moisture Mist is amazing too. It leaves my skin soft and hydrated all day. It’s really balancing for oily skins and really great for dry skins. A good facial mist that’s worth some love.

An Apple a Day keeps the doctor away so I’m all about this foaming cleanser. It’s the first foaming cleanser I’ve ever liked. I’m so glad I picked this up. It’s part of their LE summer collection and it’s so great. It’s not drying or stripping at all. It makes my skin light up. It easily dissolves makeup and is a great uplifting morning cleanser, too. I think it’s worth a shot if you’ve been skeptical about foaming cleansers in the past. I really do love it. The only thing that is a con in my opinion is that you can’t use this on your eyes. Since my favorite time to use it is morning, I’m not upset over it, but it also dissolves makeup effectively so it’s a bummer it’s a slight pain to use at night.
