Best Of Becca

I think it’s no secret I love me some Becca. There’s a few products close to my heart and I get a lot of questions about the brand and what I’d recommend. I’ve already done some serious swatching on the Becca shimmering skin perfectors liquid, pressed & souffles (all the shades!). I also swatched the blushes here! I thought I’d compile a list of some of my favorite things from the brand.

The Shimmering Skin Perfectors liquid are the original Becca “must have” product. I think it was one of the first things that really set the brand a part. These are great – they can be combined with foundation, used as a highlight, shadows, etc. I will say the bottle is big and because of the sunscreen content, it can go bad. That’s the only downfall, but other than that they are quite stunning. Opal and Moonstone (2 of the most versatile) now come in trial sizes at a fraction of the price so you can try before you buy the whole she-bang. I don’t know how anyone uses up a full size anyway! My favorite is probably opal, but I do love moonstone as well. Opal looks pretty when combined in foundation.

I also love the Ombre Nudes palette & Shimmering Souffle blushes. The Ombre Nudes is really useful and a great travel buddy. You can use to contour your face, line eyes, put in brows &, obviously, wear as a shadow. I’m not a matte shadow person, but I do love this for transition shades or to use on other parts of my face. These seem a little cooler-toned browns which makes them useful as contour. They are great quality – very smooth and pigmented. I get good payoff and they don’t just blend into 1 color.

I also love the shimmering skin souffle blushes. These are SO pretty. They don’t look the same swatched on hand versus on face, so I’d be careful of judging that way. They smell good, last long, apply nicely and add pretty color. I picked raspberry/opal because it’s a great shade but I love Fig… and Watermelon… and Lychee…

I did do a post on the Becca Shimmering Skin Perfectors Pressed swatches and information. These right here are probably my top 3 favorite products from the brand. I love the pressed highlighters – particularly Moonstone. I think Moonstone looks good on everyone! It’s smooth and one of the best highlighters I’ve come across.

Gypsy blush is such a pretty flush of pink. Just about everyone who owns this swears by its loveliness. I think this is soft & pretty and pretty much irresistible. All her blushes are lovely, though. I don’t think you can go wrong. They give a really pretty glow with little to no shimmer and are REALLY soft and smooth.

I also love her bronze & contour. This is a newer product for me, but the powder is divine and easy to use. A tiny bit goes a long way & it blends beautifully. Actually, Beauty and the Eyeliner got me interested in this product! She uses it to contour and blend out using the bronze side. I do the same and love!

Songbird & Gypsy swatched.

Purchase Becca at Sephora! Ulta also now carries the brand if that’s your preferred location! What’s your top Becca picks??

My personal favourite from Becca is their Radiance Primer. It is just amazing, gives the dewy look with the glitter ball effect. I think I might be picking their souffle blush.
